Raw Access Logs Print

  • 2

Changing the Raw Access Logs allows you to tell the system how to manage the log files that are generated daily for your account.

Changing Raw Access Logs via cPanel

To do this, follow the below steps:

First, you will need to have access to your cPanel. If you are not sure how to access your cPanel, CLICK HERE.

  1. From the main page in cPanel, click the Raw Access link. This can be found under the Metrics header.

  2. From this page, you can tell the system to archive your logs at the end of each month and to have the
previous months logs removed at the end of each month.

If you choose to archive your logs at the end of each month, the logs will be saved in your site's home
             directory.

  3. Downloading your access logs from the Raw Access Logs page is simple. Scroll down to the listing of your
domains, then click on the domain you wish to download logs for.
  4. Click OK to save the files to your computer, then open them in your favourite statistics program.
