From the main page in CPanel, click on the Backups link. This can be found under the Files header.
This will take you to the main backup screen, where you can backup and/or restore the files in your hosting account.
You can download a backup of:
All the content on your site.

NB: Full Backup can not be restored via Cpanel. However all the necessary files are present in the zip file which can be extracted and copied to the appropriate folders. However to do an automated restore you will need Hosting Australia to do this.

Partial Backup
- The home directory only
- Your MySQL database only
- Email Forwarders
- Email Filters.
To create and download any of the above, simply click the relevant "Download" button on the Backup page.
To Restore a Partial Back up
Once you have downloaded a backup, you can restore from a backup. To do this, select Browse under the Home Directory, MySQL database or Email Forwarders/Filters heading, depending on which you wish to restore.
Locate and select the backup you wish to restore. Click the Open button on the browse window, then click the Upload button on the backup window.
