If you wish to check if one of your specific Hosting Package includes phone support, you can follow the steps below:
- View your services in the HA Client Area by clicking this link and logging in with your HA Credentials: https://clients.hosting-australia.com/clientarea.php?action=services
- Once logged in, locate the service you wish to check support inclusions for and click to open the service detail page.
- On the top of the service detail page, you will see a box similar to the below - indicating which types of support are included. In the below example, you will see that phone support is not included.
