Resetting clients cPanel Print

If you are a reseller, and need to provide one of your client accounts with access to the cPanel for that particular website, please follow the below:

1 - Access your WHM (see this KB Article for details on how)
2 - Once logged in, type 'list' into the search box on the top left hand side, shown below as point 1.  Then click on "List Accounts", shown as point 2:



3 - On the list accounts page, use the "Search For" box to locate the account you wish to reset the password for.
4 - Once located, click the symbol to left of the Domain Name, it will generally be a + or - symbol. Shown in the below image as step 1.  Once clicked, you will see a Change Password box, shown in step 2. Enter the new password and click "Change". You can then provide the client with that password, and the cPanel username, that is also shown on the list accounts page and highlighted in the image below.
