If you have a Hosting Australia reseller account, it is your responsibility to manage the support and billing of all your retail clients.  This includes but is not limited too:

  • Providing cPanel details
  • Creating accounts
  • Creating and managing email addresses
  • Setting up clients PC
  • Sending month invoices for retail hosting
  • Editing and support websites


Hosting Australia provides support on a server level or related to WHM only.  If you need us to assist with a retail customer related issue, we can certainly do so...but charges will apply.
