MySQL Databases

From the main page in CPanel, click on the MySQL Databases link. This can be found under the Databases header.
Type the name of the database in the "New Database" field.
Then click "Create Database".
Now that the database has been created, create a user for the database.

To do this, click the Go Back link.
Enter the username and password you would like under the Add New User header.
Then click Create User.

Once the user is created, link the user to the database.
To do this, click the Go Back link.
Under the Add User to Database header, check that the user and database are correct, then click Submit.
Assign the privileges that you would like the user to have - typically All Privileges - then click Make Changes.
