How to Upgrade your Hosting Package
To change upgrade your hosting package, please access the Hosting Australia client area, and
follow the below steps:
First, you will need to have access to your client area, via clients.hosting-australia.com/clientarea (If you are not sure how to access your client area CLICK HERE)
- From the client area menu, click on Services and then choose My Services.
- In the list of your services, click the Active button of the service you wish to upgrade.
- On the Service Detail page, click Upgrade/Downgrade from the left-hand side menu.
- You will be shown a list of eligible products you can upgrade to. Chose the applicable billing period
and then click choose product.
- On the next page, choose the applicable payment method and click on the Continue button.
- Confirm payment details and click on Submit.
- The upgrade is complete.
