How to Cancel a Service via Client Area

To  cancel a service, please access the Hosting Australia client area, and

follow the below steps:

First, you will need to have access to your client area, via clients.hosting-australia.com/clientarea (If you are not sure how to access your client area  CLICK HERE)

  1. From the Client Login Area. Click on Services, then choose My Services from the drop-down menu.


  2. Locate the hosting service you wish to cancel from the list of products and services and click on the green
             active button.


  3. From the Product Detail page, click on Request Cancellation.


  4. Complete the details as requested, and click on Request Cancellation.

You will be given two choices for cancellation type, as below :
Immediate - this will happen with 15 minutes and all associated services will cease to function.
End of Billing Period - Cancellation will occur automatically at the end of your current billing period. Please note, if your invoice has reached past due, this will imply an immediate cancellation.

IMPORTANT - This is a permanent deletion, including all emails, website files, images, databases and any other hosting related services. This also includes backups located locally on the server your account is hosted on. If you require this process to be reversed, we can retrieve an off-server back up, as long as this is done within 7 days. After 7 days, all archived backups will also be removed.

NOTE - Charges may apply to restore an archived backup, due to the manual component that is involved.
