Domain Auto Renewal Print

  • 789

All Hosting Australia domain names will default to Auto Renewal. This means around 45 days from the expiry date of your domain, an invoice will be issued for the domain to be renewed.

If you have a stored credit card in the Hosting Australia client area, the invoice will automatically process on the due date and renew the domain accordingly.

If you pay via Bank Transfer, you will receive an invoice for renewal of your domain, including payment instructions. Once you transfer funds and the payment is processed, the domain will renew. Note: Please allow at least 5 days for manual payments to be processed.

Should you wish to check or change the Auto Renewal status on your domain, please follow the below steps:

  1. Access the Hosting Australia Client Area (See here for details)
  2. Once logged in, choose DOMAINS then MY DOMAINS from the primary menu.
  3. Locate the domain name you wish to check from the list or search for it using the search field. Once located, click the gear symbol to the right hand side.
  4. You will now be on the Domain Overview page. From the MANAGE menu on the left, choose AUTO RENEW, see below.

  5. On the AUTO RENEW page, click the RED or GREEN button depending on the current status, as shown below, to toggle the Auto Renewal on or off.  You should see a green bar confirming the changes.

IMPORTANT: Please note - any domains that have Auto Renewal set to DISABLED, will not invoice and will expire according to the due date without notice.
