WHM - Clear firewall blocks Print

Access to the Firewall in WHM (CSF) is by request only. If you wish to request access, please email support@hosting-australia.com, confirm your reseller username and advise you wish to have access to CSF.  Once access is granted, the below steps can be used to access and check for Firewall blocks.

 

  1. Access WHM as normal. (See here for details on how).
  2. Once logged in, search for FIREWALL in the left hand side search menu. See point 1 in image below.
  3. Click on CONFIGSERVER SECURITY & FIREWALL from the search results. See point 2 in image below.
  4. On the CSF page, you can either search for an IP or perform a QUICK UNBLOCK.

 

Please direct your client to visit www.whatsmyip.com.au from the device they are blocked on, and use this IP in step 4 above.
