If you have a Hosting Australia WHM Reseller service, see the below steps for how to create a new package, which can be assigned to your clients. WHM packages allow you to assign predefined limits to clients cPanels, including Disk Quota Limits, Databases Limits and Bandwidth Allocation.
- Login to your WHM account. (See here for steps if you have not done this before).
- Once logged in, search for "add a package" (see point 1 below) in the left hand side search bar and then click the "add a package" option (point 2 below).
- On the Add a Package page, assign a name and then the different quotas you require. Hosting Australia does not recommend the use of unlimited quotas, as it can consume your entire reseller allocation in the event of a misconfigured site.
- Once you have assigned everything correctly, click on ADD. This package can then be assigned to a cPanel account as you choose.
