If you operate a domain that has multiple users, and you would like to provide these users with the ability to support and monitor the filtering settings and quarantine of emails, SPAMProtect provides this facility.

Individual users can administer their own settings via the below URL:

Each account that requires access will need to be enabled via the SPAMProtect Admin page.

Please follow the below steps to enable user access this:

  1. Login in to cPanel via your normal method.
  2. Locate and click on the SPAMProtect Icon, under the EMAIL category.
  3. From the list of domains shown, click on LOGIN next to the domain you wish to access.
  4. On the SPAMProtect admin page, locate MANAGE EMAIL USERS towards the bottom of the left hand side menu, and click it.
  5. Click on ADD. You can also upload a CSV file if you are an advanced user.
  6. Enter the email username, which should excatly match the email address that is configured within your cPanel email accounts page.
