Creating a Screen Grab, Screen Capture or Screenshot Print

1. Please open the Windows Snipping Tool by clicking the Start button.
2. In the search box at the bottom, type "Snipping Tool"
3. You will be presented with a list of results, click Snipping Tool.
4. Once the Snipping Tool window appears, click the arrow next to the New button.
5. Then, depending on what you wish to send as a screen grab, select Free-form Snip, Rectangular Snip, Window Snip, or Full-screen Snip from the list.
6. Then select the area of your screen that you want to capture.

You can then choose to Save, Copy or send via email.
