FTP - FileZilla Site Manage Settings Print

If you are using FileZilla as your FTP client and having issues with the Quick Connect Feature, we would suggest using Site Manager to connect.

To do this, please follow the below steps:

1. Open FileZilla, then from the top menu, choose FILE and SITE MANAGER
   
   
   
   
2. On the SiteManager page, choose NEW SITE (See image below in step 3)
3. Enter details as below:
   1. HOST - Your domain/Website address
   2. PORT - Can leave blank
   3. PROTOCOL - FTP - File Transfer Protocol
   4. ENCRYPTION - Only Use Plain FTP
   5. LOGON - Normal
   6. USERNAME - Your FTP Username or cPanel username
   7. PASSWORD - As set for the account you are using to login.
