To reset a cPanel account password, via WHM. Please follow the below steps:
- Login to your reseller WHM service. (See here for info on how to do that)
- Once logged in, locate List Accounts from the left hand menu. Easiest way is to just search for list, shown below:
- On the list accounts page, search for the accounts page, search for the account you wish to reset. Then once located in the search page, click the + symbol next to the domain name. See below:
- Once the + has been clicked, you will see a number of options appear, simply enter the new cPanel password, remembering to keep it complex and then click on Change.
