If you have purchased your SSL Certificate from Hosting Australia, and wish to manually install the CRT via cPanel, please follow the below steps:
- Login to the Hosting Australia Client Area - clients.hosting-australia.com
- Once logged in, click on the SERVICES menu and choose MY SERVICES.
- Locate the recently purchased SSL from your list of services and click on the green active button on the right of the column.
- On the SSL Detail page, you will need to user either of the below methods to download your CRT:
METHOD 1: Click on RETRIEVE CERTIFICATE from the left hand side Actions menu, see below. On the following page, copy everything in the box beginning with beginning with and including "-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----" and through to and including "-----END CERTIFICATE-----".
METHOD 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE button, as shown below, then save to a location on your local device:
- Follow the steps to install the SSL, as directed by your host. (For Hosting Australia clients, please see this link for details on how to install into cPanel).
