To install an SSL Certificate on your website, one of the steps you will need to carry out, is to Generate a Certificate Signing Request, or CSR. This can be done quite easily, via cPanel. Simply follow the steps below :
- Login to cPanel (See THIS article for steps on how to do that)
- Once logged in, scroll down to the SECURITY Section and locate the icon for SSL/TLS MANAGER.
- On the SSL/TLS MANAGER page, click on "Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests."
- Complete all the fields, and then click on GENERATE
- You will then be shown the CSR and can Cut and Paste it into the SSL installation page.
