How to Setup Outlook Mail - versions 2016 & onwards

Follow this guide if you need assistance in adding your domain email to Outlook.

  1. From the Outlook application window, click File. This can be found top left of your window.


  2. Click on Add Account.


  3. Enter your email address in the field, click on Advanced Options, check Let me set up my account manually, then click Connect


  4. Click on POP or IMAP depending on your email preference.


  5. Enter your domain's incoming settings and outgoing settings.
     
    mail.[MYDOMAIN], where [mydomain] will
    equal the name of your email domain

    Choose SSL/TLS for a secure encryption method.

    SSL/TLS
    Incoming Server(Imap): 993
    Incoming Server(POP): 995
    Outgoing Server(SMTP): 465



    Non-SSL/TLS
    Incoming Server(Imap): 143
    Incoming Server(POP): 110
    Outgoing Server(SMTP): 26


    Then click Next.

  6. Enter your Email's password, and click on the blue icon to reveal your password, then click Connect.
    If you need to reset your email password, please view or guide for assistance.


  7. Your account is successfully added. If you would like to add another email, enter the address in the field or set it up on your mobile check the box and click done.
