An RS Firewall system check will scan your site, and check for any know vulnerabilities, out of date or modified files, malware and a number of other potential security issues. It will then provide you with a score out of 100 based on each factor. To run a system check, follow the below steps:

- Access your Joomla administrator page.
- From the COMPONENTS menu, choose RSFirewall! and then SYSTEM CHECK as shown below:
- On the system check page, click PERFORM THE SYSTEM CHECK button, see below:
- Allow the scan to complete, which can take up to 20 minutes in some cases but generally is only a
couple of minutes. - Review results.
