If you are a FusionWM client and wish to open a support ticket, please follow either of the below methods:
OPEN A TICKET
Login the Client Area (https://hosting-australia.com/clientarea), choose OPEN TICKET from the main menu and select the "Fusion Client Support" category.
Be sure to enter a detailed outline of what work you require.
Send an email to fusion@hosting-australia.com, with details outlining your request. This will automatically open a ticket under your account.
Please note, all FusionWM support requests must be opened via a ticket, as outlined above. Phone support is available, only when linked to a ticket reference number.
