If you would like to reset your Joomla password, youw ill need to manipulate your SQL Database. Please note, this is quite an advanced process, and you will need a fairly high level of knowledge to be able to perfom this safely. This can potentially break your Joomla installation.

If you are unsure, please contact Hosting Support, and we can perform this task for you. There is a flat fee applicable for this of $45.

NOTE - a fee is applicable, as we do not store passwords for clients Joomla or WordPress sites and support staff must access and manipulate the database to reset a login password.  It is not just a simple matter of resetting like other logins maybe within the Hosting Australia system.
