How to Log a Support Ticket via Client Area
To log a support ticket, please access the Hosting Australia client area.
Follow the below steps:
First, you will need to have access to your client area, via clients.hosting-australia.com/clientarea (If you are not sure how to access your client area CLICK HERE)
- Select Open Ticket from the main Client Area Menu.
- Click on the category you feel best describes your query.
- Enter a Subject that briefly describes your request
- Enter the details of your query or fault. To reduce the time it takes to resolve problems, please include
as many details as possible. - Choose the related service.
- Enter the related domain, if different than the related service.
- Click Submit.
