How to Log a Support Ticket via Client Area

To log a support ticket, please access the Hosting Australia client area.

Follow the below steps:

First, you will need to have access to your client area, via clients.hosting-australia.com/clientarea  (If you are not sure how to access your client area  CLICK HERE)

  1. Select Open Ticket from the main Client Area Menu.



  2. Click on the category you feel best describes your query.


  3. Enter a Subject that briefly describes your request
  4. Enter the details of your query or fault. To reduce the time it takes to resolve problems, please include
             as many details as possible.
  5. Choose the related service.
  6. Enter the related domain, if different than the related service.
  7. Click Submit.
